Returns, DAMAGES, LEAD TIMES & ShIPPING Policies
All furniture, art, lamps, and coffee table books are FINAL SALE. Additional items may be FINAL SALE and will be noted in the product description. Please read carefully before purchasing. Items excluded from this list are available for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. It is up to the buyer to ensure that the product will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item including clearance for doorways, hallways, tight corners, etc. We will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit into the buyer’s home or space.
Please ship all returns to 330 East Hebron Street, Charlotte, NC, 28273. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. We suggest insuring and tracking your shipment as we will not be held accountable if anything should happen in transit. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed.

INSPECTIONS & DAMAGES
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen. Please thoroughly inspect all items and if a damage has occurred, please provide detailed images to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. Upon delivery, if you notice damages immediately, please refuse the delivery and contact email@example.com. Our team will promptly work on a replacement. Please know that damage claims can take some time to resolve, we appreciate your patience.
Many of our items are handmade and/or vintage, meaning they are one of a kind and have imperfections that make each item unique and beautiful. We inspect our items thoroughly and the condition is already reflected in the price.
We update our website with the estimated lead time and shipping time frames as often as possible. Due to high demand or unexpected production delays, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Please note, lead times do not include shipping times. Backorder dates are also subject to change.
SHIPPING, TRANSIT & DELIVERY
Items shipping directly from our store are shipped out within 2-6 days of order receipt.
Some items including furniture are shipped directly by our vendor and will be delivered by a third party delivery company. Most pieces ship within 3-4 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days but delays do happen and are often out of our control. Please be aware that there is a fee associated with redelivery. Costs will vary.
HON x DAS WOLFE FURNITURE COLLECTION
All HON x Das Wolfe furniture will be shipped via a third party delivery company and will ship within 10-12 weeks of your purchase date. Once you purchase a piece from this collection, you will receive a confirmation email and our delivery company will reach out to schedule all delivery services. Shipping costs will vary based upon the weight and customization of the piece, the quantity purchased and the location in which the piece(s) is being delivered. Shipping costs reflect white glove delivery service, which includes in-home placing of the piece in the room of your choice, assembly of the piece and disposal of all packaging. It is your responsibility to inspect your items upon delivery for any damages. Neither House of Nomad nor Das Wolfe will be held responsible for any damages after the item has left the shop/warehouse.
All HON x Das Wolfe furniture is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. It is your responsibility to make sure the piece fits in your space and through any entry points necessary for delivery and assembly. Neither House of Nomad nor Das Wolfe will be held responsible if the piece does not fit in your space.
Local Pickup: If you live in Charlotte, NC and would like to pick up your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a date/time for transport. Please note: You will be responsible for bringing your own transport vehicle, loading the piece into your vehicle, and packaging it accordingly. Neither House of Nomad nor Das Wolfe are responsible for any damages made to the piece during local pickup and no returns will be allowed once you have moved the piece(s).
